Happy Birthday Mom! now i can reveal all the dolly birthday spoilers i've been holding back! i want you to be as spazzily excited about all this as i am! i think this is the best gift i've ever given and i've thought about all of it very hard. you're getting a SOOM Cuprit, but heavily altered. you're the secret person i'm splitting with. xD you'll be getting the head and human body, plus ICE HOOVES and QUEEN HORNS. i'm keeping the outfit, blonde wig, ice crown and human high heeled feet (since you'd never use them) and i didn't order the bizarre pupil-less pink eyes because they're creepy.
the horns are big and magnetic and i can paint them reddish or brown or black or any colour you want them really. i do want your input on parts of this, and your implicit trust that i know what i'm doing on the rest. xD i was thinking a pinkish colour at the horn tip fading to an almost blackish purple by the head to blend into the dark part of her hair, or the other way, if you like that better, but i wanna know what you think. anyhow, if you put the horns on the "right" way, they'll curve behind her, if you switch them around, they'll curve up and forward like hybrid bull/ram horns and that could be pretty cool too, i think. see how biiiig they are? xD you can see which you like better before i put the magnets in for you.
i know you said you wanted a happy looking doll, and that Cuprit looks more serene than joyous, but i really think you'll see the difference a custom faceup can make. also angles matter a lot, some of the unofficial images of her are more gorgeous than the stock photos. i did not take these, another girl went to the store and took them with permission from the company. she was nice enough to share them.
you've seen the eyes i picked for her already (brown because you said it'd be nice if she looked like one of us). if you ignore the kinda funky looking face in it, this is the wig i picked out. the model is not very attractive at all. xD we'll just be glad i didn't get you that doll.. later i can get you a longer alternative wig if you want her girlier, but this one was too perfect to pass up. it doesn't come styled, so it'll be slightly less gravity-defyingly flippy.
for the face i'm thinking purpley/pink eyeshadow and berry red lips. i think they'll look awesome with the wig and the outfit i'll be making. i did the photomanip myself, and it is obviously not my calling in life, but it gets the point across, right? i'm gonna make her a bit smilier, but not crazy Joker-like smiley. the second picture's angle looks a lot more hopeful to me (but also a little confused kinda- probably the up-the-nose angle and blank pink eyes), and makes it look like an entirely different doll, i think. the point in sharing this one is so you can see she's not as pouty or frowny as her stock images make her look. she's a very sweet, serene girl and i really think you'll love her when you see her in person.
your Cuprit (whatever you name her) won't be an ice queen, but you'll still be getting the ice hooves, like i said earlier. they are supremely awesome.. and huge like WOAH. xD the hoof part will likely fill the palm of your hand entirely. she'll be able to keep even the rowdiest of sheep in line! xD check out the awesome hugeness and the wicked cool transparency!
anyhow, that's my plan for your first doll, Mom. i'd like to know what you all think!
..also, i ordered my new phone, YAY! i should have it in a week!
