7 day Q&A: day3

21. No sleeping or no eating for a week? (don’t worry you would stay alive, you’d just suffer. so basically: staying hungry or tired?)
no sleeping. thanks to mania i know i handle it okay, but not eating makes me grumpy.
22. Do you think you’re better than your peers?
at some things, yes. at others i feel like a complete failure, so it probably levels out to feeling average?
23. Do you feel comfortable at social gatherings?
oh hell no. i do my best, but there's inevitably awkwardness at some point, even just around people i know and love.
24. Are you hard to impress?
kinda, yeah. i know some very impressive people, and that sets the bar pretty high for new encounters.
25. What is the most physically appealing thing in the sex you're attracted to?
i'm a sucker for defined calf muscles. also dark-haired, scruffy-faced, blue-eyed guys, which i never realized was my type until i analyzed my TV crushes.
26. What is the most mentally appealing thing in the sex you're attracted to?
for either gender i like knowing my opinion will be respected. both sexes are capable of steamrolling their partners and trivializing concerns. that's not cool.
27. What do you think about one night stands?
i don't judge if someone prefers to operate that way, but it's not for me. i'd need a level of trust that can't be built in one day.
28. What position do you sleep in?
i don't. i roll over constantly. i described it to mom as "sleeping like a rotisserie chicken" which is pretty accurate.
29. Are you a dreamer? Are you motivated enough to achieve your goals?
yes, and no. failure is my most enduring fear. fear of failing has often made it difficult to act at all. when i do manage something it feels good, but it's always harder than can be seen.
30. What is the weirdest thing in your room?
ah.. probably the shoe box full of decapitated fashion dolls. (it's more fun if i don't explain, i think.)
